Bold Crystals does not accept returns or exchanges on gemstones or custom jewellery unless the product is damaged during shipping. All items are quality-checked and recorded before dispatch.

No Returns or Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any gemstones or jewellery items.
  • Change of mind is not a valid reason for return or exchange.
  • Customized jewellery orders are non-returnable under all conditions.

Damage During Shipping

  • All items are carefully inspected and video recorded before shipping.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and the unboxing video.
  • In case of verified shipping damage, we will offer a replacement or refund.
