These terms and conditions apply when you use our website or buy from Bold Crystals. Please read them before you order — placing an order means you accept them.
1. About us
Bold Crystals is an online store based in the United Arab Emirates. We sell natural gemstones, crystals and gemstone jewellery, and we ship worldwide.

2. Our gemstones
- Natural stones. Every gemstone we sell is natural. If a listing is ever lab-created, its title says so clearly.
- One of a kind. Each loose stone is unique. The stone in the photos is the stone you receive.
- Natural variation. Colour can look slightly different on different screens. Small inclusions and marks are part of a natural stone, not a fault.
- Measurements. We weigh and measure every stone ourselves. Different scales and tools can differ very slightly.
Gemstone treatments
Many gemstones are treated to improve their colour or clarity — blue topaz, for example, gets its colour from irradiation and heat. We state the treatments we know about on each listing. If a listing doesn't mention treatment, ask us before you buy.
Crystal meanings
We share the traditional and spiritual meanings of crystals because many customers love them. They are not medical claims, and crystals are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
3. Custom and made-to-order jewellery
- Custom pieces are made to your choice of stone, metal, size or design.
- We confirm the details, price and timeline with you before we start.
- Because they're made for you, custom pieces can't be cancelled or returned once work starts — unless they're faulty. See our Return & Exchange Policy.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars (USD). If your card uses another currency, your bank converts the amount and may add a fee.
- Shipping costs appear at checkout before you pay.
- Import duties and taxes in your country aren't included unless checkout shows them. Our Shipping Policy explains more.
- Secure payment is handled by Stripe or PayPal. We never see your full card details.
- Price mistakes. If a price is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before shipping. You can then pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Your order
After you order, we email you a confirmation. Our contract with you starts when we send that confirmation.
We may cancel an order — for example if a stone sells at the same moment, we suspect fraud, or we can't deliver to your address. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
6. Delivery
Our Shipping Policy explains delivery times and costs. The parcel becomes your responsibility once it's delivered to the address you gave us.
7. Returns, cancellations and faulty items
Our Return & Exchange Policy explains when you can return an item — including the 14-day right to cancel for customers in the EU and UK.
8. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live. If an item is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a remedy.
9. Using our website
- Please don't misuse the site — no hacking, bulk scraping or harmful content.
- All text, photos and designs on this site belong to Bold Crystals. Don't copy them without our permission.
10. Our liability
We're responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We aren't responsible for losses nobody could foresee, or for business losses.
Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit — such as for fraud, or for death or injury caused by negligence.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you're a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where the law allows.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
